Yes, We do offer a 7 day money back guarantee less original shipping on Non-food items. We also offer an unconditional 7 day money back guarantee on our roasted coffee. If you don’t like it, just return it, no problem. We have found that most buyers who have problems or concerns with their item usually do so within 7 days from the receipt of an item. No, We have found that most manufacturer’s warranties suffice if available. It has been our experience that most products do not fail during the warranty periods covered. We have a very small percentage of returns due to the fact that we are very selective in what types of products we offer to the consumer. By carrying only name brand high quality items we usually avoid any issues with returns. We hand select all items we sell, to make sure that you as the buyer receive the best quality product for your money.
