Shipping:
We ship only to confirmed addresses, which means the ship-to address must match the address on the corresponding payment. 8.25% sales tax charged on items and shipping for Texas residents. Please note that all shipments valued at $250 or greater require a signature from the recipient household or business.

We use Google Checkout as our preferred payment provider and accept most major Credit Cards through this service.

Barista Guy's Coffee offers a 7 day money back guarantee less original shipping if not completely satisfied on Non-coffee & coffee items.
All returns must be communicated to us via email within seven (7) days from the delivery date and shipped back (postmarked) within this time frame. Returned items must be complete in original box/packaging in same new condition with all paperwork, accompanying manuals and accessories present.
All unauthorized returns or returns postmarked after 7 days of receipt will incur a 20% restocking fee; shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Any returns received after thirty days from date of receipt will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense via a common carrier. After 30 days, where applicable, all manufacturers’ warranties apply. In such cases for remedy of problems or issues the buyer must deal with the manufacturer directly.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. When returning items please provide us with tracking information so that the return can better be expedited to us in case of problems with the carrier.
Warranty:
All products sold by Barista Guy's Coffee are third party products (with the exception of coffee) and are subject to the warranties and representations of the applicable manufacturers. Accordingly, Barista Guy's Coffee makes no representation or warranty with respect to the product sold. A manufacturer's warranty may or may not be in effect for products sold by Barista Guy's Coffee; it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine this factor when purchasing products. Barista Guy's Coffee does not directly warranty any products sold in any of its retail / online venues.
